Asana is a great tool for entrepreneurs to use, it has many great features such as the ability to streamline projects from start to finish and ease of use for your team.

Streamlining a project from start finish is a heavy task. Asana makes that task a little lighter. When you use Asana for projects, you have a clear view of where your project currently stands and where it is headed. You can easily set S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) goals and steps to achieve your tasks.

You can also assign your team to specific tasks and can easily track the projects progress by using the Progress tab. When your team logs into Asana, they have a clear direction of tasks to complete with details and deadlines. 

Interactive Dialogue 

If they have a question related to the project, they can message you on Asana in the Conversations tab. Conversations in Asana connect to your email. This makes keeping a record of your project effortless. 

Assign + Organize Tasks with Ease

This feature is also helpful if you are managing multiple projects. When you assign your team goal deadlines and it shows clearly in the Calendar tab. Keeping records of projects is effortless with Asana. You just go to a project and you have a detailed description of your past project. This includes completed dates, people assigned, and team messages sent. 

Needless to say, Asana is visually appealing. It is a very productive tool to help you accomplish your goals. Although Asana makes delegating tasks and project record keeping effortless, and easy to navigate, it will require time. Project Managers are experts in Asana and can help organize this tool more efficiently. That saves you time, by allowing you more time to drive ideas and sales for your business while project managers, delegate tasks to the project team, and makes sure the project stays on track in a timely manner.
