The PM Suite had the pleasure of joining client, Anthony O’Neal’s, The Elite 20 Mastermind in Washington, D.C. earlier this month as a speaker. This curated weekend supported entrepreneurs at every level of their business.

These leaders were able to elevate spiritually, tell a better social and brand story, enhance their YouTube presence, business financials and million-dollar ways drive more income. Some of the key factors identified about entrepreneurs during our operations and project management presentation were:

  • Lack of understanding of how to identify and/or manage business gaps
