I've just returned from Spain on business (and a lot fun)!

This European trip was definitely a milestone for The PM Suite. Supporting a client with a new international strategic partner was not on my bucket list, but I am overjoyed with the opportunity.

Leading up to this project it required flexing all management skills. Why?

  • Never did I imagine roads would lead me to Spain! This also required adjusting to cultural project needs.

  • Three major projects leading up to this trip required equally as much attention-to-detail. Which is why I'm happy I brought on extra help.

Final conversations are still on the table for this client. However, at a high-level I can share how we supported Elite Business Coach & Educator Nina Hayes.

Nina specializes in the beauty industry. She has helped her clients bring in over $12M+ in sales. She also assisted National Interstate Council (NIC) with developing content for their national exam to help students obtain Class E Licensing.
